Job Description
Our client is a worldwide market leader in chromatography. They currently have an immediate opening for a Field Service Representative based out of El Paso, TX or Albuquerque, NM . As the Field Service Representative, you will be providing on-site services into Environmental, Pharmaceutical, Power, and other Life Sciences markets. Primary responsibilities will include-on site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and validation of Ion Chromatographs, Liquid Chromatographs, Mass spectrometers, and Chromatography Data Software.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Installs, tests and repairs electromechanical equipment such as ion chromatographs, high performance liquid chromatographs, accelerated solvent extractors and software.
-Providing services for all company products and approving operational quality of system equipment.
-Instructing and training customers in the operation and maintenance of company systems.
-Perform maintenance systems in order to have effective performance and to assure maximum uptime.
-Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

Qualifications :
-BS Degree in Sciences.
-Must have field service experience.
-Hands-on chromatography experience with related systems.
-Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
-Ability to solve challenging chromatography problems.
-Must be available to travel over-night within the region or other areas as required.
